The NJ marketer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources who will recommend us to potential patients. The marketer will visit these representatives regularly to encourage referrals as well as update them on any patients sent to Theradynamics. The ultimate goal for the marketer is to continuously increase business.

ROUTINE DUTIES:

– Develop, establish and maintain relationships with major referral sources, (e.g., medical offices, medical providers, doctors, and other health care provider professionals).

– Provide referral sources with information about the company in a manner that will encourage referrals.

– Conduct research on new and untapped referral sources.

– Inform hospital or other facility personnel in a timely manner as to the status of any referral received.

– Order marketing material as necessary with approval from the agency owner.

– Weekly meeting with our team to discuss referrals progress and upcoming marketing meetings for all referral sources.

– Other marketing duties may be assigned.

Description
  • Demonstrate and articulate sound clinical reasoning in treatment planning, implementation, and monitoring of patient progress.

  • Understand the role of therapy in the context of the patient’s age, total needs perspective, and environment.
  • Perform age-appropriate advanced competency skills in the area of practice and with respect to individual patient’s problems.

  • New York State licensed respiratory therapist

  • Current CPR certification.
